PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
13.1. The lessor acting as an independent data controller, the personal data of the lessee (and personal data of any authorized driver) collected in connection with this rental agreement or any related agreement or service, "Tenant's data" or "Personal data" for the purposes set out below usable and transferable.
a.) Processing the Personal data of the Tenant in order to manage the rental and commercial relationship and to communicate with the tenant or to provide support regarding the rental agreement. d.) Submitting details of accidents (including the renter's personal data) involving the renter or any additional authorized driver to relevant insurance databases. The lessor processes the personal data of the lessee for this purpose, where necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
e.) To provide the tenant's personal data to government agencies inspecting itineraries in order to assist in the implementation of any traffic regulation during the rental. The lessor processes the tenant's personal data for this purpose when necessary to ensure compliance with applicable legal obligations.
f.) The lessor shall collect the personal data of the lessee to the relevant tax office or authority, debt collectors, credit institutions and other relevant institutions (i) as per the contract (ii) for compliance with a legal obligation and/or (iii) to collect the receivables of the lessor may obtain it within the framework of its legitimate interests.
12.2. The lessor retains the personal data of the lessee for commercially reasonable periods or in accordance with applicable laws and policies. Information collected for a specific purpose will be used only for that purpose and will not be actively stored after a reasonable period of time when that purpose has been fulfilled. However, inactive data may continue to be used for statistical, marketing, archiving and other analytical purposes.
12.3.
